Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  Great question. If you want to sell your home the traditional way, by listing it for sale and putting it on the MLS, we can help you with that. Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?

In the event of an off-market sale where the broker or brokers are bringing the parties together and helping to facilitate the sale without the traditional marketing costs, the total commission charged may be considerably less than you may expect.

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my information?
A: There is absolutely zero obligation for you.
