Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  Great question. If you want to sell your home the traditional way, by listing it for sale and putting it on the MLS, we can help you with that. Q: Who exactly are these Bay Area Home Buyers Network?
A: We have a wide variety of home buyers in our network (it’s free to join, in case you know anyone). Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  Great question! We don’t determine the offer price on your house. We can discuss with you the range of prices of the offers you’re likely to receive, but the actual offers themselves will come from our network of buyers. These buyers are a mixture of private individuals and LLCs and each would make their own offer based on their own determination of value for your property.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: That depends! Some of our buyers will make offers directly to you and neither party will have professional representation. In these cases, there usually won’t be any fees or commission to pay. However, many buyers and sellers, for a variety of reasons, may choose to be represented in some capacity by a real estate broker, in which case some fees or commission will likely be charged. In the event of an off-market sale where the broker or brokers are bringing the parties together and helping to facilitate the sale without the traditional marketing costs, the total commission charged may be considerably less than you may expect.

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my information?
A: There is absolutely zero obligation for you.
